How to cancel your order
To cancel your order, click here to notify us via email immediately after order placement so that we may assist you. If your order has shipped, please follow the instructions on "How to return your order".
How to return your order
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are unsatisfied with your unused, still sealed product you may return it for a refund within 10 business days of the receipt. All returns must be pre-approved by Gift Impact and receive an RMA number. All return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No return will be authorized after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
The following conditions will also apply for all returns:
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Buyer pays for return shipping. In case of damaged item returns, we will pay for the returned package in form of credit to your credit card or in form of check at Gift Impact discretion. Item must be returned in a method okay'd by JeweledBoxes.com. We will not refund cost of returns sent via an Express method. Returns will either be through USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground.
Your product must be returned undamaged, unused and in resellable condition. It is recommended that you insure the product you are returning it case it is damaged during shipment. If the item you ordered is sealed in a box, the box must be sealed and unopened. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, unused or not resellable. The exception is items damaged in transit to you from our store.
Any returned product that was purchased where shipping was "Included" or "Free", will have the actual shipping cost incurred by Gift Impact deducted from the refund. Shipping charges will not be returned. This also applies to shipments return due to incorrect address or returned because shipping company is unable to deliver and/or receipient does not pick up package.
All returns must be approved in advance by JeweledBoxes.com All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department or login to "Your Account", click on the "View Previous Orders" link, click on the item's "Order Details", and click on "request a Return Authorization Number (RMA)" on the bottom of the item's detail page. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any items returned without authorization from JeweledBoxes.com.
All returns must have prior authorization from JeweledBoxes.com. Once you have obtained prior authorization, please send your return item(s) to Gift Impact Import:

If you receive your item damaged, contact JeweledBoxes.com within 3 (three) days of receipt. We will send a replacement item. However, we may ask for you to return your damaged before we ship a new one. Believe it or not, some people like our products so much, they try and get two for the price of one. - All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
